The report is submitted via the\u00a0<a class=\"bold-link\" href=\"https:\/\/luovasaa.apurahat.net\/\">SLTS<\/a>\u00a0Grant System.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Final report<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>The report concerning the results of the research\u00a0<\/strong>shall be submitted via the\u00a0<a class=\"bold-link\" href=\"https:\/\/luovasaa.apurahat.net\/\">SLTS<\/a>\u00a0Grant System\u00a0<em>no later than by the end of March following the final year of research.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>All reporting shall be made electronically via the\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/luovasaa.apurahat.net\/\"><strong>SLTS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<strong>Grant System.\u00a0<\/strong>Log in to the system and select \u201cReporting\u201d (the link will not appear until the reporting period begins). To add and edit information in the report, select \u201cEdit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The report on the use of the granted funds<\/strong>\u00a0concerns costs other than salary. The report is a combined account of the use of funds. The responsible project leader shall ensure that all receipts and accounting material related to the grant funding are properly filed by the research site in charge of the project account. This will enable the Foundation to verify, if desired, that funding has been used in compliance with the approved plan of intended use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Research report concerning the entire project.<\/strong>\u00a0The intention of the research report is provide sufficient information on the progress of the project and its final results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possible patents and inventions.<\/strong>\u00a0To be completed as applicable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project description.<\/strong>\u00a0The project description is intended for the public at large and shall be written so as to be easily understandable. It will be published as a blog post on the Foundation\u2019s website once the final report has been approved. It is not possible to submit the final report without the project description.<\/p>\n<p>The Foundation should be provided with a list of\u00a0<strong>publications<\/strong>\u00a0related to the research project. Any publications resulting from the project are listed under \u201c<strong>Publications<\/strong>\u201d and arranged by \u201c<strong>Type of publication<\/strong>\u201d.
